Well-established design studio in Southampton, New York, seeking a full-time mid-level Architectural Designer/Draftsman with experience in High-End Residential projects. This rapidly growing studio is looking for someone comfortable with all phases of project management, from schematic design to construction drawings and details. Applicants should be highly motivated and demonstrate design sensibility and technical skills.

Qualifications/Skills:

• The equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design or an Architectural Studies degree is preferred but not required.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite. Revit, 3Dmax or Corona Render is a plus!

• Interest in multidisciplinary design, shifting gears, and wearing multiple hats.

• 3-5 years of professional experience is preferred.

• Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.

• Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style to include teamwork and collaboration.

• A high degree of self-motivation, flexibility, and resourcefulness.

• Knowledge and ability to understand building codes.

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and be able to relocate or commute to the Hampton’s - Must work in the office.
